The picture doesn’t tell the whole story 📸☀️

August can sometimes feel like a month of holidays, socialising and summer plans.

✈️ Seeing photos of people away
🍹 Catching up with friends
🌴 Watching everyone else enjoy the summer

But a photo only shows one moment.

Behind that picture, someone might be feeling lonely.
Someone might be struggling financially.
Someone might be having a difficult time at work.
Or someone might simply be having a very different summer to the one they imagined.

And that’s okay. ❤️

So this Wednesday, take a moment to look beyond the picture.

💬 Check in with someone.
👂 Really listen.
🤝 Make space for an honest conversation.
❤️ And remember that “How are you?” can mean so much more when you genuinely want to hear the answer.

You never know what someone might be carrying behind the smile.

With holidays, BBQs, festivals and long summer evenings in full swing, it’s easy for alcohol consumption to creep into the working week.
