All,
Just a reminder we are at the unit tonight not at saddlebow.

Cadets may wear civvies and NOT uniform.

Please note due to this weekends ski race parking restrictions are in place. Cadets will be brought to the front of the unit at 2100 so they can jump straight in your cars.

Thank you

URGENT: Do we have any followers out there that can repair range cookers/electric ovens?

The control/timer panel is not working therefore can not use the ovens. We need them this weekend 😭

Another busy weekend for TS Vancouver.

Our cadets were out at Watlington Fete today with our seniors showing amazing teamwork with car parking duties and our juniors manning the stall and showing off what our Royal Marine Detachment gets up to.

We even had a a flyover from a Dakota on its way back from London.

Thank you to everyone who supported us today.

Next weekend we’ll be at the unit along South Quay for the Hanseatic Ski Race. Pop in and see what our cadets get up to and maybe treat yourself to a burger.

The weather may of put a dampener on us getting on the river last night BUT that didn’t stop us having a fun night at the unit instead.

The cadets had to try and build the tallest balloon tower using only masking tape. After standeasy they had a drawing competition where they had to give instructions while their teammate was blindfolded, all taking it in turns to have a go.

Both challenges had its difficulties but it brought out the fun and laughter, alongside working on team building and communication.

It was definitely a fun night all round ⚓️
