Men's Time Dad & Toddler Group

We will be holding our first Dad's & Toddler Group in May

📅 Saturday 10th May
📍 Hello Friends, Hanse House
🕜 9.30-11.00am
✅ Ages 0-5
💷 Free to attend

We have linked up with the brilliant Hello Friends to provide a group where Dad's can meet with their youngsters, hopefully relax, enjoy some quality time, children enjoying playtime and share experiences

The group is for Children aged 0-5, free to attend and refreshments will be provided.

The theme this year is "Recognising Your Rights" – a day to highlight the legal entitlements and support available to unpaid carers. Every day, thousands of people care for a loved one without realising the rights they have, from unpaid leave to flexible working.

As a carer, knowing your rights empowers you to seek the support you deserve. Key rights include:
✅ The right to unpaid leave
✅ Flexible working arrangements
✅ Being identified as a carer by your GP
✅ Protection against discrimination
✅ Access to a carer’s assessment
✅ Involvement in hospital discharge plans

📍 Join West Norfolk Carers today (Thursday 21 November) at these locations for info & advice:
• QEH Main Foyer – 10am to 2pm
• College of West Anglia – 10am to 2pm
• Heacham Medical Practice – 10am to 2pm
