Our Next Summer shoot is to Ingleton waterfalls on Friday 7th August 2026. This is an afternoon event as some people have said they are busy in the morning. (Who works Friday PM anyway)

We have been recommended the Cafe so we are going to meet at 12 for lunch then go and photograph the waterfalls. If you want to skip the cafe we can meet at 1.30pm near the cafe.

It costs £11.00 to get in (this money goes towards the up keep of the grounds)
The walk is 4 and a half miles which should take 2 to 4 hours. It is an enjoyable walk

Join Kendal Photography Club for a Summershoot Treasure Hunt in bowness on windermere on 30th May 2026.
This is a great way to meet like minded photographers who enjoy each others company and hobby

This Wednesday we have our second KPC Summershoot. We are meeting at 7.30pm at Dockray Bridge on the river Kent to walk along the river and discover the wildlife. Ther eis the potential for a Kingfisher, otters, Cormorants, Mink and plenty of small birds.
Non members are welcome to join us for our walk along the river

This Wednesday we have our AGM and prize giving evening upstairs at Castle Street community Centre LA9 7AD followed by a drink and sandwiches at the Castle Inn. This is our last meeting in the hall this season, we will be back in September.
In the mean time we will be moving onto our summer shoot program of activities in and around Kendal, Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales

Tonight is our Annual Digital Image competition which leads to trophies for the winning images usually the best of images already presented in Club and external competitions.
We meet at castle Street community centre LA9 7AD at 7.30pm on Wednesday 1st April 2026.
Please come along if you are interested in joining the club we are a friendly bunch.
Cost £3.50 weekly or annually £60
