💜 Week 2: Harm Reduction

This week we're highlighting important information about overdose risks and how to respond in an emergency.

Remember: ✔️ Mixing alcohol with other substances increases risk. ✔️ Prescription medications can also lead to overdose. ✔️ Synthetic opioids may be significantly stronger than he**in. ✔️ Knowing the signs of an overdose and acting quickly can save a life.

If someone is unresponsive or struggling to breathe: 📞 Call 999 🫁 Check their breathing ➕ Give naloxone if available 🚑 Stay until emergency services arrive
