James' Team is 1! It's time to celebrate our first year as a registered charity, and what a year it's been! We've been amazed to receive incredible support! With so many people to thank, we want to thank each and every one of you who have supported James' Team. With your help, these last 12 months have seen brilliant events and achievements, with exciting new collaborations, and generous donations supporting our raffles and so much more!
🌟Over 1,200 children have received their own copy of the book 'You Are Awesome' by Matthew Syed to assist with their wellbeing as they transition to high school.
🌟Children receive an introduction to the book in their school and it has been brilliant to hear how they've been getting on!
🌟We've smashed our goal to provide all children entering Year 7 at Copleston High School this September with a copy of 'You Are Awesome'.
Our books are sourced through the fantastic Dial Lane Books , our local independent bookshop. We can't thank you all enough for your incredible support and look forward to doing a whole lot more together, to help empower young minds in Suffolk.❤️

Throw back to July...we are so grateful for another month of more fantastic events and brilliant support for James' Team !
☀️ Thank you Venue16 for organising the successful Charity Golf Day Golf Club at the start of the month. We're very grateful to be one of your chosen Charities for this year.
☀️ Closely followed by two entertaining Film, TV & Music Quiz Nights Three Wise Monkeys Ipswich and Three Wise Monkeys Colchester. Really thankful to Chris Hunt and everyone who supported both evenings.
☀️ A week later, another hugely successful Golf Day with GBS Builders at Haverhill Golf Club. Thank you GBS Builders for choosing to raise funds and awareness for James' Team at this event.
☀️ Thank you to everyone involved across all events. All funds raised will supply many more copies of 'You Are Awesome' by Matthew Syed to assist children as they transition to high school. Your support will make a huge difference in helping children with their wellbeing at this time. Thank you for supporting James' Team ❤️

Foxy has been doing this for over a year and his charity received over £100 simply by him using and buying from certain and different websites.

The charity he had previously selected has now closed, and so he changed his to support James' Team and I’ve now set it up and have done the same ❤️

It's fantastic to receive news from Rose Hill Primary School following their first book delivery this year! At James' Team , we love to hear how the children have got on with 'You Are Awesome.' James' Team supply individual copies of the book You Are Awesome by Matthew Syed to support with transition to high school. The children receive their own copy of the book to keep when they leave primary school. Thank you to everyone for supporting James' Team. We couldn't do it without you! ❤️

James' Team out and about in June, a super busy month! Two book deliveries and lots of fantastic community events , with some new collaborations too!
🌟148 books delivered to Gusford Primary School , and new school The Oaks Primary School.🌟 Collage Workshop The Hidden Garden Cafe Ipswich with the brilliant Inky and the Bears. It was great to collaborate with you! 😊
🌟Thank you Ipswich Book Festival for holding a raffle for James' Team , and it was inspired to put a copy of 'You Are Awesome' by Matthew Syed in every goody bag too!
🌟Cake Sale at the Ipswich Symphony Orchestra rehearsal day. We're very grateful for another opportunity to funds and awareness with you.
🌟 Thank you Venue16 for inviting us to the Summer Networking Party. It was great to meet everyone and enjoy your fantastic hospitality!
🌟Thank you Suffolk County Music Service for inviting us to serve refreshments again at the fabulous SSYO concert. 🎵🎶
It's been fantastic to get out further into the community this month. We're incredibly grateful to you all for your amazing support and generosity, helping to spread awareness of James' Team. Together we empower young minds here in Suffolk. ❤️

It's already been a week since the brilliant Film, TV & Music Quiz with Chris Hunt. Thank you to everyone who came to Three Wise Monkeys Ipswich and Three Wise Monkeys Colchester and helped raised an incredible £504 for James' Team ! All funds raised will support local children with their wellbeing as they prepare to transition to high school. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday 7th February in Three Wise Monkeys Ipswich for our first quiz of 2027! 😀

Thank you for having us Seckford Golf Club last week at the Venue16 Charity Golf Day. It was great to speak to everyone about James' Team and what we do to empower young minds in Suffolk.
