The TK Hope Centre is a purpose-built rural development in the countryside just north of Ipswich, providing supported housing for 11 women made vulnerable by life circumstances. Built on a strong Christian ethos, the centre welcomes women of any faith or none, and seeks to work with each individual to help them recover from the traumas they have experienced, by providing encouragement and guidance in relation to each individual need.
The Trustees of the charity Talitha Koum are looking to recruit a compassionate and skilled manager, ideally with experience in a similar or related setting, to lead the team to build on the successes of the last few years, and to take us through the planned expansion of the provision in the next few years.
The Service Manager will manage the day-to-day running of the TK Hope Centre, leading a team comprising 3 support workers, an administrator and 3 on-call staff, overseeing support of residents and developing partnerships and services for the future.
