We wanted to share a gorgeous picture taken by one of our residents on the night of the solar eclipse. 🔆🌙

Residents joined together to witness such a monumental event- they had a great time and even had the glasses to wear to get the full effect.

We felt this photo really shows the heart of living at Talitha Koum & is absolutely going up in a frame!🌟

✨Meet the Team ✨

We thought it was time to introduce our team here at Talitha Koum over the coming months, a good way for supporters and potential future residents to see who's who. First up is our manager, Sophie.

Sophie joined us two months ago- having worked in Safeguarding roles for a long time she is excited to support TK and its residents, using her expertise and knowledge to aid its growth and good work.

"I have loved my first few months here at TK, the staff & residents are incredible and inspirational- I particularly love hearing our residents supporting each other and when laughter echoes the corridors".

We would like to take a moment to thank Superstructures and all the teams that joined us for our annual golf day at Fynn Valley Golf Club last month. Your ongoing support means so much to us and the ladies we support.

This week, one of our ladies decided that instead of paying someone else to do her nails, she'd learn how to do them herself—and we think she made the right choice!

Learning new skills is a great way to build confidence, express creativity, and become more independent.
