What great achievements!

With the money that has come in so far, we have booked the Mobile Zoo to come over and see us. Watch out for more activities funded by all our lovely supporters ❤️

Support Worker – Supported Living Service
2 Part-time Positions (17.5hr/week contract + 20hr/week contract) • Shift work across 7 days
Are you someone who leads with kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to help others live fulfilling, independent lives? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Supported Living team at Hope Lea.

💛 About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key part in helping adults with varying needs live safely and confidently in their own homes. Every day brings something different, and your support will make a meaningful impact.
You’ll be:
• Providing person centred support with daily living
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing
• Supporting people to access the community
• Keeping accurate records and following care plans
• Working flexibly across a 7 day rota, including some weekends and evenings

🌼 What We’re Looking For
• Experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
• A compassionate, reliable, and respectful approach
• Good communication skills and a team focused attitude
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
• Willingness to work shifts across the week
