🥳🥳WHAT A DAY!🥳🥳
Still buzzing from how much fun we had today, and blown away by everyone's generosity! ❤️
There are so many people i want to thank, I just know I'm going to forget somebody, so I apologise in advance 🫣
I'd like to give a huge thank you to:
✅️ Our fundraising committee: Kim, Joan & Jacky, who put this event together today
✅️ The Rotary Club of Hucknall who were soooo helpful today
✅️ Our cake makers who made such delicious treats
✅️ Our wonderful staff who were a big part of making today so special
✅️ Our amazing service users who helped craft items to sell and also helped man some stalls
✅️ Our fantastic community who came to support us today. We really felt the love.

Support Worker – Supported Living Service
30 hours per week • Shift work across 7 days
Are you someone who leads with kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to help others live fulfilling, independent lives? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Supported Living team at Hope Lea.

💛 About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key part in helping adults with varying needs live safely and confidently in their own homes. Every day brings something different, and your support will make a meaningful impact.
You’ll be:
• Providing person centred support with daily living
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing
• Supporting people to access the community
• Keeping accurate records and following care plans
• Working flexibly across a 7 day rota, including some weekends and evenings

🌼 What We’re Looking For
• Experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
• A compassionate, reliable, and respectful approach
• Good communication skills and a team focused attitude
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
• Willingness to work shifts across the week
