We are currently in the process of putting together a program of entertainment as part of our Armed Forces Day 2026 Sunday 28th June between 11-3.

If you are a group or know of any local groups; whether that be youth or adult, singing, dancing, music; please get in touch.

As part of our day, we are recognising and celebrating our armed forces with local charities, supporters and organisations who want to share in our support.

On behalf of the Horsham Royal British Legion, we are honored to stand with our Australian and New Zealand comrades to commemorate this sacred day. ANZAC Day is a time to reflect on the courage, endurance, and sacrifice of those who served at Gallipoli and in all conflicts since.
The ANZAC spirit—marked by mateship, resilience, and compassion—is a legacy we hold in deep respect. Today, we remember not only those who gave their lives, but also those who returned forever changed, and the families who supported them. We owe them a debt of gratitude that we must never forget.
As we mark this day together, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting our armed forces community, past and present. Lest we forget."

A reminder that Remembrance Sunday will be marked this year at the War Memorial in Horsham’s Carfax tomorrow, Sunday 9 November. For the first time this year the Horsham Branch of the Royal British Legion is inviting all veterans to take part in the Remembrance Parade by joining them ahead of the Remembrance Service. The parade will start at the BT Exchange Car Park on North Street at 10am and march into the Carfax. Road closures will be in place from 10am.
