Girlguiding Ulster is looking for a Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day running of Lorne Estate Outdoor Adventure Centre - our unique residential and outdoor activity centre set in 21 acres of beautiful woodland.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a much-loved centre, overseeing operations, leading a dedicated team, driving income growth and ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, welcoming and memorable experience.

As Centre Manager, you’ll play a key role in:
✨ leading and developing the staff team
✨ delivering high standards across accommodation, hospitality and customer service
✨ growing bookings, partnerships and commercial opportunities
✨ helping Lorne Estate continue to thrive as a destination for adventure, learning and connection
