In the Crate Challenge, teamwork and balance are key. Work together to build a tower of crates beneath your feet while you climb higher and higher. The question is… how many crates can you stack before the wobble begins?

There’s nothing better than hearing from people who have experienced Lorne Estate for themselves.

We were delighted to welcome this youth club group, who spent time enjoying the activities, exploring the grounds, and making the most of everything Lorne has to offer.

With comfortable accommodation, exciting outdoor activities, and beautiful surroundings overlooking Belfast Lough, Lorne Estate is the perfect place for youth groups, families, schools, and community organisations to spend time together.

Our purpose-built climbing wall is the perfect place to take your first step into climbing. With multiple routes for different abilities, participants can build confidence, strength, and problem-solving skills while enjoying the thrill of reaching the top.

Exciting Announcement! 🎉

We’re delighted to launch our FIRST EVER Open Family Session at Lorne Estate Outdoor Adventure Centre, Holywood on Bank Holiday Monday 25th May

Take on our legendary 200m Treetop Zipline, then wind down together around the campfire with a hands-on bushcraft session - complete with s’mores and hot chocolate (tea & coffee for the adults)

Age 7+ (and yes, grown-ups, you’re absolutely invited and encouraged to join the fun too!!) Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

Choose from 2 time slots:
9.30am - 12.30pm or 1.30pm - 4.30pm
(9am and 1pm arrival for safety briefing and equipment allocation).

🚨 Time is running out to book our Easter Adventure Club!
Kids will spend their days climbing, ziplining, abseiling, learning bushcraft skills, and taking on exciting challenges with our experienced instructors, all while you have time and space to work (or have some down time!)

Easter Adventure Club is for 7 to 14 year olds

Takes place:
Monday 30th - Friday 3rd April
Wednesday 8th - Friday 10th April

Drop Off: 8.45- 9am | Pickup: 4pm
