Well, it’s said it takes a village …… the Pantry put together a Christmas team of 12 volunteers back in September to coordinate our food and gift campaign ….. what a community ….. it’s mind blowing the support we have received ….. SO MUCH goodwill to donate to make sure as many families as possible receive food and or gifts ….. the numbers are in ….. Hertfood and The Hertford Pantry have supported a whopping 656 families, which is 1,927 children receiving gifts plus 313 families receiving food hampers too. We received over 10,000 gifts in to forward on to families needing some kindness …… that’s just wild ….. a massive thank you to anyone who donated, we will be naming names over the next few days ….. but you know who you are, have a little warm glow in helping make some very happy Christmas families ❤️.

People are so kind …… a massive thank you to for donating the proceeds from their Christmas market on Sunday, we have had a lot of very last minute Christmas gift requests which we have been able to fulfill thanks to them. Super kind of Tuesday Champion for organising 🥰. If you still have gifts to donate please drop to Manic ceramics by Saturday.

Afternoon lovely people, we did a huge amount of Christmas gift deliveries in the last 3 days, we have THE best team ❤️. We have more families to gift to and are struggling with no gift cards left, we had quite a few people promise them so please could they come in by Friday if that’s not too cheeky. Please drop off at manic ceramics, thank you. Our Amazon wish list is now closed but thank you to EVERYONE who bought from it, so far we are just over 8000 gifts with more to come ……like, wowzers

Half way through October already and Christmas gifts are starting to come in, thank you. We would love you to visit the small independent shops in Hertford too, a gift card would make a fabulous gift for families who don’t have a car AND support our lovely town ….. win win ❤️. I’m not sure we will ever re create the madness that was Christmas 2020 pictured here!
