Our Mummy&Me classes are the perfect excuse to get out of the house, meet other local mums who get it, and remember what your body can do (spoiler: more than you think).

No childcare needed. No pressure.

Just you, your baby, and a room full of women who understand that some days, just showing up is the win.

Watching your little one discover their independence is one of the greatest joys of parenthood. From mastering the art of drinking from a cup to taking those confident steps around the room, every day brings something new to celebrate!

Our classes are designed to nurture that natural curiosity and energy, giving your little ones space to explore, play and develop new skills in a safe and supportive environment. 🌟

And while they're busy learning? You get to connect with other parents who are navigating this wonderfully chaotic toddler phase too. Because sometimes you just need someone who understands why there's now a cup in the toy box and toys in the kitchen cupboard! 😅

Our instructors create a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. A messy bun, baby sick on your shoulder, surviving on two hours sleep and feel completely understood. ✨

Our classes aren't just about ticking boxes or burning calories (though that's a nice bonus!). They're about creating space for connection, celebrating the small wins, and soaking up every second of this wild, wonderful journey with your little one.

We're absolutely buzzing to announce that The Busylizzy Club has been awarded Operator of the Year!

Honestly? We're a bit emotional about this one. 😭💙

Friendship goals! 💙
You know that moment when you look around the room and realise these aren't just the people you do baby classes with anymore. These are your PEOPLE.

✨The ones who get it when you say you're tired (because they're running on the same two hours sleep). The ones who celebrate when your baby finally naps. The ones who laugh with you about the chaos instead of judging it.

At The Busylizzy Club, some of our favourite stories are about the friendships that form in our classes. Coffee dates that turn into playdates. WhatsApp groups that become lifelines. Strangers who become your village. 🫶

Because yes, we're here for the fitness and the baby development but honestly? The community you build along the way might just be the most valuable thing you take home.

Well that’s a wrap! 🎁 (nearly)
Today was our last Christmas social before it’s time to say goodbye to Busylizzy Hertford at the end of the year.

I wanted to thank every single mum, dad, grandparent that has come to classes with us over the last 4 and a half years.

Today was so heartwarming, as always, to witness the beautiful new friendships formed at classes. Mums who came to the very first pregnancy classes with us in Hertford were back today with their second - and third babies! Hearing how they have remained friends with the mums they met all those years back is everything 🩷

I’m so proud of the little community we created here, and it never would have been possible and succesful if it were not for all the incredible instructors I have been so lucky have joined me from day 1. You are all INCREDIBLE and I love you all! We are so lucky to have you! Mums, if you don’t already make sure to give them a follow and join their wonderful classes.

Thank you everyone. Busylizzy has been my third baby for the last 5 years, I was even lucky enough to join lots of you on the journey myself with Finley which was a time I will treasure forever.

We don’t book specific time slots, as we all know how unpredictable babies are, so you can relax, enjoy a glass of prosecco and sit for your mini photoshoot at a time that suits you and your baby. Suitable for newborns, toddlers and family shoots, props can be adapted as needed. 🌟 £35 for mini photoshoot (includes one high res image of your choice, option to purchase more if you wish)

A very relaxed, inviting & festive event to really get you in the Christmas spirit - everyone is welcome! We’ll have Prosecco (& Nozeco) and mince pies. There is plenty of comfortable space for you and your baby, so you can relax and enjoy a chat, bubbles and festive tunes. 🌟 Only £5 to attend.
