This looks like spam but is a formal press release from EBC!

Elmbridge Borough Council apologises for incorrectly issued parking fines and will refund customers - Almost 9,500 fines may be eligible costing over £300,000 in refunds.

Elmbridge Borough Council have issued the following release*:

"We’re sorry to report that because of a procedural error, some parking fines (Penalty Charge Notices – PCNs) were issued incorrectly in Elmbridge council car parks from 2020 onwards."

Elmbridge Borough Council apologises for incorrectly issued parking fines and will refund customers - "We sincerely apologise for this mistake". Parking fines in some council car parks have been incorrectly issued since 2020. Refunds process will open in June

Perfect for kids and adults alike, this event combines the thrill of climbing with the Halloween tradition of trick-or-treating.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Climb anytime in October Half Term & enjoy a mountain of Halloween-themed activities & challenges!
You'll be scaling our walls in search of clues, completing challenges to earn a delicious treat & competing in our spooky tricks to earn even more goodies!
