Elmbridge Choir is a lively, not-for-profit community choir of around 100 adult SATB voices, open to all without audition, singing for the joy of it and supporting local charities through fundraising. Founded by Cliff van Tonder BCAa we have been singing together since 2005 and our ambition is to continue the ethos and principles of our founding aims through putting on concerts to raise funds for
local good causes, performing at community events and developing our musical expertise. In addition to our community appearance programme, we attend festivals and tours, participating in Choir Festivals in Prague, Krakow, Bratislava, Veneto, Croatia and Malta. Apart from the social life, camaraderie and life-time memories made, our endeavours were recognised in Krakow where we won a Bronze Diploma and Bratislava where we were honoured to receive a Silver Diploma. Elmbridge Choir rehearses weekly at Cobham Curve, Cobham Sports Association, Fairmile Lane, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 2BU
