Good morning! Our next meeting is next Monday, 22nd June at Victoria Park HR1 1AW, starting at 5.30 and finishing at 7.30. I know that weather presenters often talk with forked tongue, but it does look like it should be a sun shiny day so we will definitely get the bbq out! So don't forget to bring whatever it is that you want to cook (or in my case, carbonise!). We look forward to seeing you there

Hi all you lovely people out there in FB land. We here at HMMH hope that you and yours are all fit and well. Please look after each other every day.

Please also have a look at the poster below. Matt is going to have FIVE DAYS OF SILENCE. Wow, that is some sort of a challenge! Try a couple of hours and you'll find out how hard it is, but five days is unbelievable!

Almost more unbelievable is the fact that he is going to raise funds for HMMH! Please sponsor him if you can spare a few pounds, and/or have ago yourself for an hour, 8 hours, 24 hours whatever you feel you could do and ask your friends/family to check you out and sponsor you! The money you raise will go to two very good causes.

Please support this event if you can. As it says, it's a memorial match for 'Jamo' who sadly is no longer with us. It highlights a mental health problem that plagues this beautiful County of ours. HMMH will be there along with other mental health support organisations.

Drop in Chill and Chat is the new name for the Chatty Patty Wednesday safe space above The Wellington, Widemarsh Street. NOTE THE NEW TIMES 6.00 to 9.00. Jerk Bay will still be open for delicious Caribbean food. See you there!

Hereford Men's Mental Health group is delighted to support Jerk Bay Ltd, The Wellington, Men Walking and Talking and all the other groups coming along to help out with such a worthy cause. Come down and find out more. It's a safe place for anyone to speak about mental health issues. No judgement, no cost just love and compassion for people may be struggling.

It was an interesting meeting on Monday but then all the Monday meetings are interesting and it's good that people can open up if they want to. Next Meeting is the second Monday in April which is Monday 13th. Stay safe everyone and don't pig out on Easter Eggs!! It's not good for you, just bring your eggs on the 13th and I'll look after them for you!
