In 2021/22, Rural Media's Point of View (P.O.V.) programme creatively consulted 150 young people living in and around Kington, Herefordshire. POV asked 13–24 year olds about school, work, hobbies, services, challenges and their hopes for the future.

The answers were rich, honest, and sometimes contradictory. As one young person put it: "I love that it's in the middle of nowhere… and I hate that it's in the middle of nowhere."

P.O.V. is supporting Open Arms Kington - a community group focused on the town's social and economic regeneration, by centring young voices in the conversation.
