THURSDAYS = TODDLER FITNESS

Thursday mornings at 10am!

Doors 9.55am session starts 10am at Victoria Halls Helensburgh. Please remember this is a SHOES ON session.

Our toddler fitness class is specially designed for little ones aged 18 months and up, offering a fun, active environment where movement and play come together!
Each session is packed with exciting games, music, and imaginative obstacle courses that help develop balance, coordination, and confidence. With a focus on playful exploration, toddlers can run, climb, crawl, and jump their way through age-appropriate activities—all while making friends and building healthy habits for life.
Parents and carers are encouraged to join in the fun, making it a great bonding experience too!

Wednesday mornings from 10am Fun First Friends is a welcoming, relaxed group for pregnant ladies, new parents, and families who are new to the area and looking to build connections. Those early days (and let’s be honest… all the days!) of parenthood can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.

We’re here to:

❤️Share local knowledge about what’s on for families and mums
❤️Support pregnant and new mums in a safe, understanding space

In Helensburgh we are looking for 10 nominations. We meet monthly on the last Thursday of the month 7pm at the Civic Centre. Outside of the meetings we arrange monthly beach cleans, look after the beds in Colquhoun Square, and report any infrastructure issues to the council. Our key role is to represent the views of the community especially in planning but also in other discussions with the Council or other organisations. We are all volunteers and have different interests and skills, we share the work between us, meaning the time commitment can be flexible.
