- foldable/easily portable tables

- a large clear glass or plastic jar/container that is at least 30cm tall

- a rat teddy

🌟 Calling all local businesses! 🌟

The All Saints & St Richard's PTA is looking for raffle prizes for our Summer Fair this July. Every donation helps us raise valuable funds to support the children and school community. ☀️🎟️

If your business would be willing to donate a prize, we'd be incredibly grateful. In return, we'll give your business a shout-out and help spread the word locally.

📣 NON-UNIFORM DAY – FRIDAY 19TH JUNE! 📣

Help us get ready for our Summer Fair by taking part in our Jam Jar Tombola collection day!

Children are invited to come to school in their own clothes on Friday 19th June in exchange for one filled jam jar.

🫙 What do I need to do?
Simply fill a clean, empty jam jar with anything fun, useful or tasty that others would love to win!

💡 Jam jar ideas:
🍬 Sweets and chocolates
✏️ Stationery items
🎨 Craft supplies
🧩 Small toys or figures
💍 Hair accessories
🧼 Bath bombs or soaps
⭐ Stickers, buttons or beads
🐾 Pet treats
🎁 Or anything else you think would make a great prize!

Please make sure jars are clean, dry and securely sealed.

Every jar donated will help make our Summer Fair Jam Jar Tombola a fantastic success. Thank you for your support and generosity – we can’t wait to see your creative jars! 🌟

✨ Donations can be dropped off at the school reception on Friday morning.

🌞🎉 Summer Fair Stallholders & Musicians Wanted! 🎉🌞

All Saints & St Richard’s Primary School PTA are excited to be hosting our Summer Fair on Friday 3rd July, straight after school at our Old Heathfield site – and we’re looking for fantastic stallholders and local musicians to join us!

If you run a small business, craft stall, food stand, or have something unique to sell, we’d love to hear from you. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your products and be part of a fun, community-focused event.

🎶 We are also exploring the possibility of having live music at the fair! If you’re a local musician or singer looking to gain experience and perform in front of a friendly community audience, we would be thrilled to hear from you.

✨ Thank You for a Fantastic Easter Disco! ✨

A big thank you to all the parents and carers for allowing your children to attend our Easter Disco on Friday. We hope they all had an amazing time! 🐣💃🕺

We had so much fun organising and running the event, and it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying themselves. Moments like these are exactly why we love putting on these events for the children.

Thank you again for your continued support — it really does mean so much to us as a PTA 💛
