As we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy today, we remember those who suffered persecution under N**i Germany, including Freemasons, Jews, LGBTQ+ people, and other targeted minorities. The forget-me-not serves as a symbol of remembrance for those who endured and those who were lost. Forget them not. 🌈

A Candidate’s Progression to the Second Degree.

On Wednesday, 27 May at 6:15 PM, St. Deiniol’s Lodge No. 3273 will be conducting a Second Degree ceremony to pass a brother to the degree of Fellow Craft.

This marks an important milestone in a Freemason’s journey and offers a wonderful opportunity for our members to gather in fellowship and support one of our brethren.

All brethren are warmly invited to attend and witness this special occasion.

To confirm your attendance, please contact our Lodge Secretary at [email protected].

We look forward to welcoming you.

WHY the gloves?

Nearly all Freemasons have them, depending on the Constitution they are from. Usually someone can be found frantically looking for a pair in their regalia case, only for someone else to offer a helping hand (or glove).

Originally, the reason why was practical. It dates back to the operative masons for whom it was the standard PPE, to protect the hands from rough stone, heavy labour, and to keep them clean.

Now, they are worn by Freemasons for the same reason that High Court Judges and Bishops historically wore white gloves: showing that their actions were pure, incorruptible, and done with reverence.

How many pairs of gloves have you owned?
