One Ashvattha (peepal) tree, one Pichumanda (neem) tree, one Nyagrodha (banyan) tree, ten flowering plants, two pomegranate trees, two citron trees, and five mango trees—one who plants these does not go to hell.

Today is environment day but the above Shloka was written 3000, years ago.

Proud to support the Health & Wellbeing Event at the Jain Centre organised by JNHAW, where nearly 90 attendees came together to learn about cancer awareness, early diagnosis, healthy nutrition, and balanced living.

Last week, we observed Mental Health Awareness Week — a reminder to care for the mind that carries us through life.
