The Police Treatment Centres is a registered charity (no’s. 1147449 and SC043396) which operates two centres where injured and ill police officers receive intensive physiotherapy, recuperation and complementary treatments to help them return to work sooner.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team at the Police Treatment Centres! We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to be part of our front-of-house team.

💼 What you’ll do:

Be the first friendly face and voice for patients, visitors and staff
Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment
Manage calls, greet visitors, and support day-to-day admin tasks
Help keep everything running smoothly at the heart of our centre

Last week was Volunteers’ Week, and we’d like to extend a very special thank you to Ann!

Ann brings our therapy dogs into the Harrogate centre twice each week, and we’re incredibly grateful to have her with us. The joy and comfort the pups bring make a real difference to the wellbeing of both our patients and staff.
