Looking to get more active and improve your health and wellbeing? These beginner-friendly sessions are a great way to get moving, build strength and enjoy the outdoor gym facilities.

Family Sessions: Mondays, 4:00pm–5:00pm
Adult Sessions: Tuesdays, 10:00am–11:00am

The sessions combine strength and cardio exercises and are suitable for beginners.

🌞 HAF Summer Holiday Club Update - Week 4!

What an incredible summer we're having at our HAF Summer Holiday Clubs! As we move through our 4th week, we are delighted to see so many children and young people enjoying a fun-filled, engaging, and enriching holiday experience.

It’s thanks to Active Essex Foundation Active Essex Comic Relief Essex County Council for providing funding to support Children and Families to access our provisions free of charge!

Every day, we continue to support children with healthy, nutritious school dinners, ensuring they have the energy they need to take part in a wide range of exciting activities and opportunities.

Our programme is packed with enrichment experiences, educational activities, arts and crafts, and inspiring visits from local partners including Barclays Bank, helping young people learn about money management, careers, and future opportunities.

We're also proud to be supporting teenagers through employment and career development opportunities, offering pathways towards qualifications, work experience, and skills development that will benefit them long into the future.

There has been no shortage of action and adventure this summer, with activities including:

🎯🌲 What an amazing day at our Laser Tag Camp as part of the Changing Lives Community Services HAF programme, funded by Comic Relief! ❤️

The day started with our young people working together to build their own camps and team bases, using creativity, communication, and teamwork to design the perfect headquarters. 🏕️🤝

After enjoying lunch with their teams and getting to know each other even better, it was time for the main event... LASER TAG! 🔫⚡

The afternoon was packed with excitement, strategy, and friendly competition as teams battled it out, defended their bases, and worked together to achieve victory. It was fantastic to see so much laughter, confidence-building, and teamwork throughout the day.
A huge well done to everyone who took part and made the day such a success! 🌟

🎉 We're Halfway Through Our HAF Sports & Activity Camps Across Harlow! 🎉

What an incredible summer we've had so far! As we reach the halfway point of our HAF programme, children across Harlow have been enjoying a fantastic range of sports, activities, and healthy living workshops.

From ⚽ Football, 🏏 Cricket, 🎾 Tennis, and 🏃‍♂️ Olympics challenges to 💥 Dodgeball, 🎯 Nerf Wars, and 🔫 Laser Tag, there has been something for everyone to enjoy. We've also got creative with 🎨 Arts & Crafts, while learning about healthy lifestyles through 🥗 Food & Nutrition Quizzes and 🍎 Healthy School Meals activities.

It's been amazing to see children building confidence, making new friends, staying active, and having fun throughout the holidays.

🌟 HAF Sports and Activity Camps – Hare Street Primary School 🌟

What a fantastic day we had today at our HAF Sports and Activity Camps at Hare Street Primary School!

Participants enjoyed a wide range of exciting activities, including Laser Tag, Football, the Outdoor Gym, and energetic games of Dodgeball. ⚽🎯🏃‍♂️💪

We also took part in an engaging Barclays Bank Arts & Crafts Education session, where everyone had the opportunity to get creative while learning valuable skills in a fun and interactive environment. 🎨✂️💡

It was wonderful to see so much enthusiasm, teamwork, confidence, and positive participation throughout the day. Well done to everyone who took part!
