Come and join us at Stoke Park, Guildford, at 9am for a walk and talk, a jog, or simply a coffee, cake and a catch-up afterwards! ☕🍰💜

Whether you fancy getting your steps in or just coming along for the company, we would love to see you! 🥰

Many thanks to Steve (Parkrun RD) 🌟 and all the marshals for making us all feel very welcome and supported in the glorious sunshine on Saturday! We all had a lovely time - and finishing off at Gilly's was perfect!

Also thanks to Alistair for highlighting 5KYW in the monthly Parkrun participant report - greatly appreciated!

We are already looking forward to the next 5KYW on Saturday 31st October - hope to see you there! 🎃

👟 Walk, run, volunteer, cheer, or simply come along and meet others in the community
☀️ The weather is looking lovely, so why not join us at Stoke Park?
🦋 Meet from 8:45am for a 9:00am start. Look out for the blue 5k Your Way flag!
Everyone is welcome – patients, carers, family, friends, children, and dogs on short hand-held leads 🐶
