🔴 We were delighted to be invited to speak and be welcomed as a guest of the High Sherriff of Surrey to the Service of Judiciary at The Holy Trinity Church in Guildford on 9th October.

Events like these highlight the importance of collective action in addressing domestic abuse. Through strong partnerships, advocacy, and community engagement, we can help ensure that victims and survivors are heard, supported, and empowered to move forward safely.

Stacey Dooley’s BBC documentary, Fallen Women, shines a light on the stories of women whose deaths followed lives marked by trauma and abuse. It explores whether domestic abuse may have been a contributing factor in the circumstances surrounding their deaths and challenges us to look beyond assumptions.

Domestic abuse is not always obvious.

Red flags can include controlling behaviour, monitoring or stalking, threats, sexual abuse, threats involving children, violence or weapons.

If someone’s behaviour makes you feel frightened, controlled or unsafe, take it seriously.

👥 We're currently recruiting 2 Outreach Workers and looking for talented, committed people who want to be part of a team making a meaningful difference.

🕒 Full time: 35 hours a week — Part-time considered (minimum 28 hours).
