Our residents have been embracing their artistic side and enjoying a wonderful Creative Mojo session, resulting in this vibrant masterpiece inspired by the iconic pop art style.

From choosing bold colours to carefully adding each detail, residents thoroughly enjoyed expressing their creativity, sharing ideas, and bringing this artwork to life together. Activities like these not only encourage creativity and self-expression but also provide a fantastic opportunity for social interaction and lots of fun along the way.

We think the finished piece looks absolutely amazing and are incredibly proud of what our talented residents have achieved! 🌟

Yesterday afternoon, John asked if he could go out for a walk in the park, and we were delighted to make that happen. 🌳☀️
Supported by Juliana, John enjoyed some fresh air, a lovely stroll through the park, and of course, a delicious ice cream! 🍦
Sometimes it's the simple things that bring the greatest joy. The smile on John's face said everything and made the afternoon truly special. 😊

🌳☀️ Enjoying Time Out and About! ☀️🌳

Our residents have been making the most of the beautiful weather with a lovely outing, enjoying a change of scenery and spending quality time together.

Whether it was taking in the sights, enjoying a stroll, stopping for refreshments, or simply sharing conversations and laughter, the trip was filled with smiles and special moments.

Outings are a wonderful way for residents to stay connected with their local community, create new memories, and enjoy experiences beyond the home.

We are already looking forward to our next adventure! 🚐💙

🌟 Employee of the Month – May: Ann, Senior Carer 🌟

We are delighted to announce Ann as our Employee of the Month for May! 🎉
Ann is an experienced and valued member of the Park House team. Having worked here for many years, she has shown incredible dedication, passion, and commitment to both our residents and her colleagues. Throughout changes in management and structure, Ann has continually adapted and remained a constant source of support and stability within the home.

Her colleagues often describe her as the "go-to person" whenever they need help, guidance, or support. Ann has played a key role in developing our team, supporting and training many of our new Senior Carers in medication administration and helping them grow in confidence within their roles.

Ann is kind-hearted, compassionate, and has a huge heart that sometimes she is too modest to show.
Recently, her colleagues shared how proud they are to have Ann as part of the team, and we couldn't agree more.

Thank you, Ann, for your dedication, leadership, and the positive impact you make every day. We are incredibly grateful to have you as part of the Park House family. 💙

Our residents had a wonderful time getting creative during today's Creative Mojo session! 🎨✨

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and artistic talents on display as everyone enjoyed expressing themselves through a variety of fun and engaging activities. Creative sessions like these are a fantastic way to encourage wellbeing, social interaction, and a sense of achievement.

On Friday, some of our residents enjoyed a wonderful day out at Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, supported by our caring staff team. 🦁🐅🐊

The residents had a fantastic time exploring the park, seeing a variety of amazing animals, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. From watching the tigers and crocodiles to spotting monkeys and other wildlife, there was plenty to see and talk about throughout the day.

Outings like these provide valuable opportunities for social interaction, fresh air, exercise, and creating meaningful memories together. It was lovely to see so many smiles and hear residents sharing their favourite parts of the visit.

A big thank you to our staff for making the day possible and supporting residents to enjoy such a special experience. We are already looking forward to our next adventure! 🚌🌿🐾

We truly are so lucky to call Great Yarmouth home! 🌊☀️🌳

From the beautiful sandy beaches and refreshing sea air to the stunning parks and green spaces, there is always something wonderful to enjoy right on our doorstep. Our residents love spending time outdoors, taking in the breathtaking scenery, watching the world go by, and making the most of everything this lovely seaside town has to offer.

Being so close to the beach, parks, and beautiful landscapes provides endless opportunities for fresh air, relaxation, and creating special memories together.

Great Yarmouth really is a special place, and we feel fortunate to enjoy its beauty every day. ❤️
