Tullis Russell Mills Band Tullis Russell Mills Band are a community based brass band in Thornton, and are a registered charity. Thank you for visiting Tullis.

We have learner groups in Thornton, and Cupar, as well as the contesting and community bands. Tullis Russell Mills Band was founded in 1919 as a social outlet for the paper mill workers, and has had a long history, including the eventual closure of the mill. The band carries on keeping the music alive, and is situated in Glenrothes with rehearsals on a Monday and Thursday night 19:30-21:30. If you

Lots of bands are taking part in gala days and parades all over the place at the moment - and we are no different! This weekend it will be the turn of our brilliant Cupar Brass Bandits who will be performing at the Newport Festival tomorrow at 1pm.

There's a packed programme of events going on and it looks like it's going to be a huge amount of fun!
