We're incredibly proud of Sammie for sharing her experience on BBC Radio Scotland's Lunchtime Live.

Speaking so openly and honestly about the reality of temporary accommodation took real courage, and her story highlights the challenges that far too many families across Scotland continue to face.

A huge thank you to Sammie for helping raise awareness of this.

At Fife Gingerbread, we see first-hand the impact that housing insecurity and homelessness can have on families and children.

That's why we were proud to work with Shelter Scotland and families with lived experience to help shape a route map for ending child homelessness in Scotland. Real change starts with listening to those affected and acting on what they tell us.

The Heat & Eat Appeal is a team effort.

We're calling on local businesses to get behind families across Fife this winter.

Could your workplace organise a fundraiser, make a donation, or share our appeal? Every contribution helps us provide vital crisis support to families when they need it most.

Our groups give parents a welcoming space to build friendships, grow in confidence and be themselves. Because when parents feel supported, families thrive.

Know someone who could benefit? We'd love to hear from you.

We couldn't do this without the support of our local community and businesses.

Please share, support, or donate to our Heat & Eat Appeal if you can.

A special visit from Gingey💚

We were delighted to welcome Gingey from Fife Gingerbread to our Dunfermline depot as we officially presented a cheque for £2,600, raised through our 2027 wall planner with the help of our suppliers.
