We are looking for a Head of Employability to lead, influence and champion third sector employability services across Fife.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key strategic role, working alongside partners across the public and third sectors to improve employment outcomes and strengthen collaboration across the region.

35 hours per week
£40,000 per annum + Living Pension
Fife-wide

In this influential role, you will:
Represent the third sector at strategic partnership meetings including the Opportunities Fife Partnership Board
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Help shape transparent commissioning and funding opportunities
Chair important employability forums and communities of practice
Lead a team focused on employability, lived experience and digital inclusion

We’re looking for someone with:
Experience working in or alongside third sector employability services
A strong understanding of employability challenges, policy and sector developments
Outstanding communication and partnership-building skills
Leadership and line management experience
