Way Finders is a warm, welcoming learning space where children and their grown-ups explore, create, play and discover together. There is no one size fits all or pressure to perform. No comparison or expectation to sit still – just rich, meaningful experiences that spark curiosity and a love of learning.

Each week brings a fresh invitation to explore through activities such as:

🌿✨ A huge thank you to all of our wonderful Thursday Way Finders families! ✨🌿Thank you for another joyful morning of learning, laughter and community. A special thank you to everyone for taking our unexpected smoke alarm surprise so calmly! The children were amazing. Today our learning was full of midsummer magic as busy hands mixed Summer Solstice potions using fresh herbs and fruit, exploring colour, scent and the changing seasons. Around the table, delicious bannocks were being made, giving everyone a chance to learn about traditional Celtic celebrations while practising measuring, mixing and cooking skills.As always, there was so much more happening too—creative play, conversations, problem-solving, discoveries and friendships growing alongside confidence and curiosity.Thank you for making Way Finders such a warm, supportive learning community. Every family helps create the welcoming atmosphere that makes this space so special.Wishing you all a wonderful Solstice weekend, and we can’t wait to see you again next Thursday! 🌞🌿💛🧭

🌟 A Big Shout Out to Our Thursday Way Finders! 🌟What a wonderful morning of curiosity, creativity and connection!We had messy play galore with sticky hands, floury feet and plenty of smiles as our learners explored, discovered and created together.This week we took inspiration from Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, experimenting with bright colours, bold patterns and lots of dotty detail in our artwork.Around the learning space, children explored:🧵 Sewing and textile skills🔦 Light boxes with colour, shape and pattern investigations🌱 Caring for and checking on the bean plants we started last week🦕 Dinosaur hunts in the sand tray🎨 Open-ended creative play and discoveryAnd that was only part of the adventure!It is always a joy to watch children follow their interests, share ideas, build confidence and learn alongside one another in such a warm and welcoming community.Thank you to all the families who joined us. We can’t wait to see where next week’s learning journey takes us! 🧭✨
