A few photos from today's walk with the Fri gang...a circular walk from Lochore Meadows-Harran Hill Wood-Seamark Hill-Benarty Hill-Hill Road-The Avenue-Meedies...we had to make a big detour due to the coos at the Avenue...although a tad windy & we had a few light showers it was an excellent walk 14km & 350mts climbing 4.5hrs
Always brings back memories of where I grew up...George Walkingshaw 😀👍

Some photos from the club's A/B walks on Sunday in the Linn O'Dee area near Braemar.
Both groups started from the car park & headed up Glen Lui towards Derry Lodge.
This is where they split up with the A group heading west up Gleann Laoigh Bheag before turning NW & the climb on to the Munro Carn a' Mhaim.
The B group turned north up Glen Lui for a short distance before turning NE & climbing the Munro Beinn Bhreac.
Both groups returned to Derry Lodge & then the long trek back to the starting point.
You can see from the photos that there was a right mixture of weather with the visibility very poor & very very cold.
However it was all smiles at the end😀👍

A few photos from the club's 'C' walk y'day, a circular walk from the Linn O'Dee towards Glen Lui before turning NE up Clais Fhearnaig where 25yrs ago there were 2 luvly lochans but now covered in weeds.
We then turned SE down Glen Quoich heading for the 'Punch Bowl' at Linn of Quoich, a great wee area.
We then turned towards our start point & a visit to Victoria Bridge & Mar Lodge.
An excellent days walking with only a few small showers, far better than the weather forecast.

Some random photos from members on the club's recent trip to Skye...as you can see the weather wasn't great but didn't stop everybody having a fab time...there was a walk to Talisker Bay and a hike up the Quirang...we can also see who the party animals are😂

Well what can one say but an incredible achievement by club members Dorata & Tray Cee who managed to climb, despite the weather, 9 Munros on the Cuillin Ridge at the club's annual trip to Skye at the w/e.
Well done to them😀👍👏👏👏

A big congratulations to club member Janice Duncan who completed her Corbetts yesterday & 52 other people were there to support her.
Janice finished on Meall nan Subh which is in Glen Lochay...I think.
