We are pleased to be hosting Write & Move, a gentle and creative wellbeing workshop combining expressive writing with mindful movement.

This is a short series of weekly sessions, beginning on 30th April, offering a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore the relationship between body and mind.

💃 New Weekly Adult Dance Classes at Forest Row Village Hall - every Monday evening 🩰

We are delighted to welcome The Sussex Dance Company to Freshfield Hall with two new Monday evening classes designed to build strength, flexibility and confidence in a friendly, supportive environment.

✨ Lyrical Contemporary (6:00–6:45pm)
Beginner/Intermediate level – expressive choreography focusing on flow, musicality and technique.

✨ Ballet Floor Barre (6:45–7:30pm)
All levels welcome – low-impact, mat-based ballet conditioning to improve core strength and alignment.
