🧘 Free Satsang with Swami Brahmananda

We are pleased to be hosting a free evening of meditation, non-dual wisdom teachings and Q&A with Swami Brahmananda David Nowe in Peter Griffiths Hall.

This is a rare opportunity to hear from a teacher of the Siddha Yoga lineage, who has been giving Shaktipat initiation for over 45 years under the guidance of his Guru, Baba Muktananda.

The evening will include:
✨ A guided participatory meditation
✨ An introduction to Shaktipat, Kashmir Shaivism, Vedanta, Classical Ta**ra and Siddha Yoga
✨ An opportunity to ask questions

The Sussex Dance Company is bringing an exciting new Monday afternoon class to Freshfield Hall for children aged 7–10.
