Series 7 of the ICrA Health Talks will be provided over 2026.

Attendance of the complete series of six talks costs £100 to ICrA members or £25 for each talk.

Attendees will receive a copy of the handout for the talk, an attendance certificate and a link to the recording of the talk. Please contact Brian Isbell ([email protected]) if you are interested in attending either the whole series or separate talks.

Series 7 is on the theme of 'Nutritional Complexities’:
24.01.26 Antinutrients - are they a hazard to health?
21.03.26 Minerals and Trace Elements - why are they vital for health?
23.05.26 Artificial Sweeteners - why are they such a hazard to the body?
25.07.26 Ultraprocessed food - what makes UPF such a challenge to health?
26.09.26 Vitamin D - what are the benefits and hazards?
21.11.26 Food allergies and sensitivities - why are they becoming such a problem?
