🎨 Artist Announcement: Gaver

Meet Gaver – an artist whose work bridges cultures, blending the traditions of Chinese painting with contemporary expression.

🖌️ Originally from Hong Kong, Gaver specialises in traditional Chinese painting and energy painting. His brushwork, rooted in centuries-old techniques, becomes a vehicle to explore modern themes of emotion, balance, and transformation.

🌿 Inspired by both Eastern aesthetics and his new surroundings in the UK, Gaver draws on coastal landscapes and multicultural energy to infuse his work with vitality and depth.

✨ Through movement, colour, and harmony between nature and spirit, his paintings invite viewers into a world of calm, beauty, and renewal.

We’re delighted to welcome Gaver to Art on the Prom 2025 – come and immerse yourself in his vision tomorrow on Felixstowe’s seafront!

💙 Thank You Felixstowe Town Council 💙

We are proud to share that Felixstowe Town Council have once again supported Art on the Prom with a grant to help cover the core costs of the festival and make sure this much-loved event takes place. 🌊🎨

Their advice, local knowledge, and ongoing support are invaluable — and without them, Art on the Prom simply wouldn’t be possible. 🙏✨

This year, thanks to this community funding, we are thrilled to:
👩‍🎨 Offer free pitches to young artists under 25 — look out for .Gallery__ at the event!
🤝 Provide spaces to local charities Level Two Youth Project and Anglia Care Trust who will be sharing their wonderful work.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at Felixstowe Town Council from all of us at Art on the Prom. 💙
