The Chill pop up Market area (9am to 4pm) is nearing completion. 20 spaces available 7 days a week @ £10 a table.

With a further 8 themed spaces in The Chill activity yard. (Under 3 Garden Gazebo’s, enclosed with gates to allow toddlers to roam free on Fridays and dogs to roam on Wednesdays.

Themed displays and stands in the Chill out zone. Provisionally planned as follows….
Mondays - volunteering, local clubs day
Tuesdays - Hobbies and skills day
Wednesdays - Pets & Getting active day
Thursdays - Healthy eating & well being
Fridays - Hobbies, Arts and Crafts days
Saturday - Sports & Fitness Family days
Sundays - getting active days (walking )

We are recruiting volunteers, taking donations for daily Tombola and activities. Come and see us for details.

The Chill (Food & Drink) Station is coming together. (It will be like a Burger Van set up with Hatch).

We are connecting with other local charities, organisations and businesses planning to provide (hopefully free) food and drink throughout the day.

The Chill Breakfast Club (8am til 10am). Bacon roll, sausage bap, Tea & Coffee.

Come and socialise in our dog friendly chill out zone with magazine and paper stand. Starting to collect donations).

The Chill Coffee Morning (10am til noon)
Coffee, Tea and Biscuits available.

Come and chill, knit and natter, or use our array of boards games and quizzes.
(Starting to collect donations.

The Chill Lunch Club (12 noon til 2pm)
Soup and Roll or Sandwiches with drink.

Come and socialise with the Parents, toddlers and babies (Wednesdays are pets day at The Chill Yard in the activity area) toddlers in the chill out zone.

The Chill afternoon tea club (2 til 4pm)
Tea, coffee and cake available

Come and socialise with the Parents, Grandparents, toddlers and babies (Wednesdays are pet days in the chill out zone. Dog walking service will be available during the summer holidays)

The Chill supper club (4pm til 6pm)
Soup or stew with drinks available

Come and chill, knit and natter, or use our array of boards games and quizzes.

Thank you for the Gazebo and Marque donated. As you can see they are now up.
The Green Marque donated by The Greenhouse Cafe next door to the Yard will be a first aid station with a the defibrillator hopefully being organised along with first aid supplies. The White Marque has been donated by Jamie Caley will be The Silver Chill Yard for the mature community members and parents with toddler’s. 

I will post an on line tour of everything in a couple of days. We are planning ton officially open half of the site Bank Holiday Monday at the end of the month (red tape depending) so please keep following us to keep informed.

There will be over 20 pop up stall spaces to rent at £10 a day seven days a week.

A Youth club every night but Volunteer dependant.

Ndt’s Boxing & Fitness Club
Weights room and Gym

With alot more to follow in the coming months.

We are still looking for 2 x 3 meter gazebo’s
2x (3 x 9 or 6 meter garden marquees
Garden tables and chairs
Tea / Urn (water boiler)
And paint.

We have been blessed with volunteer helpers but will welcome others.
