Move Safe Stay Steady Community Interest Company

The new sister company to Dance with Hollie.

Specialising in healthy aging, Move Safe Stay Steady will focus on strength, mobilty and function - all helping reducing the risk and prevention of falls - sessions are for any age; the earlier you start, the better!

I have specialist Postural Stability Instructor training, and all sessions will be using evidence based Falls and Management Exercises (FaME) to get people more active, mobile and confident!

Most sessions will have talks and conversations about becoming more active and how I can help you get there, chats about how to improve tasks you’re struggling with or just a general chit chat about anything (plus a cuppa and a biscuit!)
