A huge congratulations to coach Ollie!🥳🔥

Last weekend Ollie made his debut for England at the European championships & came 6th overall. A huge achievement, especially at only 17 years old!🙌🏻

We all enjoyed watching him live on YouTube. He is a huge inspiration to all the juniors & have made all of us extremely proud. Well done Ollie, keep it up🥳🔥🙌🏻

As well as our three jaguars teams, our coaches and members also competed at the English open, spread across 5 teams and 2 categories.

Coaches Ollie & Sophia, along with their Spartans team mates bagged gold in the U18’s category, facing alty dodgers yet again for the title & coming out on top. A good start to the season🥳👏🏻🥇 Coach Connor & his brother Cole also competed in the U18’s performing well but unfortunately did not medal.

Our mustangs members Oscar, Albert, Dylan, Jack, Max and Ollie took bronze🥉competing in the U15’s category alongside Elliot & Toby who competed for Spartans. All played very well and an exciting insight into the future of dodgeball.

On Saturday, our U11’s Leicester Jaguars took part in the English junior open, accompanied by coaches Joe & Heidi.

Both teams were extremely new to the sport and for 80%, this was their first tournament!

Our Jaguars 1’s made it to the semi final after two wins and one loss in the groups, losing out on a medal in their 3/4th play off, placing 4th overall.

Our Jaguars 2’s took a win in their group but unfortunately didn’t go through to semis, taking a loss in their final game, coming 6th.

Although they did not medal, this was a victory! Considering it’s a new experience for many of them, to take wins was a great success. Well done team!🥳👏🏻👏🏻

Big thank you to the parents that volunteered to help the teams too, much appreciated!😊

Our jaguars are back from summer & training hard at for the upcoming season. Most our first team have moved up to the next category and will be working on their size 2 cloth training ahead of the English open this month🤾🏼‍♂️🐯🔵

Huge congratulations to our jaguars coach Ollie Peel who has made leaps & bounds this year!🥳

Ollie has been selected for the England junior euros squad and selected as captain for the tournament. A huge achievement at such a young age & we are all super proud🎖️👏🏻

We will be cheering him on for the whole event, watching every match. His parents & little brothers will also be watching from the stands, with Elliot helping to retrieve during games!

Good luck Ollie, we are all routing for you!🦁🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Leicester Jaguars dodgeball awards 2025

What a night! Over 38 certificates and 7 trophies given out to our members throughout the evening alongside a few fun quizzes, competitions and mini games🥳

A huge well done to everyone who received an award & to all our members for an exceptional season all round🥳👏🏻👏🏻

Also a big thank you to everyone that attended, the venue and our staff for making the event possible. It was a fantastic night and we had lots of fun. It’s incredible to have our whole community together to celebrate the success of these young champions❤️🙏🏼
