Join us on Friday 14th August for an afternoon of creativity, conversation and human rights awareness.

Come along to:
📖 Learn about your human rights
🎨 Create your own piece of bunting artwork
🗣️ Share your thoughts, hopes and ideas for the future

People of all ages are welcome. No artistic experience is needed – just bring your imagination and your voice.

The bunting created will be sent to people in positions to help shape the future, ensuring that community voices are seen and heard.

Today was something special.

Over 200 copies of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights were given out, and the space filled with children drawing, writing, and sharing what fairness, safety, and respect mean to them.

The ideas were thoughtful, honest, and often surprisingly powerful. You could feel how much these things matter when children are given the space to express them.

Thank you to everyone who came along, took part, and supported the project. This is how conversations begin — simply, creatively, and together.

Free Children’s Art and Human Rights Education Event
We’re delighted to invite you to a special Human Rights Bunting drop-in event with the Hubbard Academy of Personal Independence (HAPI).

This is a relaxed, family-friendly session where children can take part at any time during the afternoon.

Today I was in Alexandria, Scotland 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 where I was born. I passed some lovely beaches and looked rested my eyes on the hills of home. The right to Nationality is important.
