Thanks to everyone who came along to our cooking demonstration last night with where we learnt how to cook a Scottish Lamb Shawarma Salad and a vegetarian alternative with falafel and hummus!

It was delicious and wonderful to hear so many cooking tips, how supermarket dishes are designed, upcoming food trends, reducing food waste, and about Scotch Lamb!

Thank you so much to Kevin for the demonstration and for funding the event and to everyone who came!

Chef Kevin Sutherland will be cooking with Scotch Lamb as the event has been very kindly funded by and we will be learning how to make a deconstructed kebab/shawarma style dish and potentially get to taste some too! Kevin Sutherland has worked as a banqueting chef for The Balmoral Hotel and now works for M&S so do come along to hear all about it!!
