Our first session of our new programme will be Wednesday 28th January (next Wednesday) our session will run from 6-00pm - 7-30pm, our first discussion will be about Menopause and Me - whether you are in the journey, yet to go through it or would like to share your thoughts/experiences or just keen to know more - come along; all women welcome from 16+ our kettle will be on - find us in Unit 17, (Corra Community Room), Leven Valley Centre, Castlehill, please buzz when at front door - you will be welcomed

Our health and wellbeing sessions day is changing to Wednesday evenings between 6.00pm-8.00pm, still based in Unit 17, Leven Valley Centre, our new programme of activities will be starting soon, once finalised will be advertised here and locally in Dumbarton West area. Looking forward to welcoming new and existing members to our group.

Our other news for our group is that one of our members sadly passed away after a short illness, Margaret was at the heart of everything we did, the group was a lifeline for her, we love you Margaret, you taught us so much, you inspired us, taught us to make food we didnt know how to, shared inner thoughts and experiences of life, Christmas night out you danced with us, and above all we had so much laughter together, here is some of the treasured memories of Margaret xx

This year has brought about some changes for our group, our families project joined together with Dumbarton Community Events, where we had lots of fun in the holidays together, lots of ladies had relaxation both at Leven Holistics and at Healing Holistics, trying new therapies as well as learning new crafts, for just now we are going to wait until next year before returning, we will start with some monthly sessions, a wee collab of some memories
