What another great evening for our games night.

Lots of prizes won on the wheel, Quiz, picture quiz and bingo. Hotdogs for the kiddies and even some fancy dress.

A huge thank you to Food Aware CIC for the toilet roll and tea bags. The kids loved winning a funky toilet roll. Again this is just a small part of the surplus we receive used at events and activities supporting the community.

We had the pleasure of meeting brand new baby Sonny tonight a huge congratulations to one of our regulars Shantelle and her family.

We hope you all have a great Halloween weekend 🎃🤡👻👹🍬🍭

What a fantastic evening we had last night over 25 local people attended our Community spooky walk with Terrie Trueman our Community Connector.

After a walk round the lake and to the spooky house on Baines avenue we returned to the centre for luxury hot chocolates and hotdogs.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and took part in dressing up.

Yesterday our friends over at Food Aware CIC invited us to welcome Corinne Wheatley and cameraman Gareth from BBC Yorkshire to film operations at their Hellaby warehouse! To discuss budget announcements and increasing food prices and Cost of Living pressures.

Did you see us on BBC1 Look North.

Our fabulous volunteer and community connector Terrie Trueman got the chance to speak on camera. Terrie as been taking lead on our food bank and data collection and this was the perfect chance for her to have a say.

The work we do with the guys at food Aware cic is vital to the support we offer, the surplus we collect to complement the food provision and fill our self serve trolly is a massive bonus to our ongoing support.

Indoor and Outdoor stall holder space availiable. please contact s.kearns@hilltopcentre.org.uk for more information.
