👨‍💻 DONAGHADEE LOCAL ACTION GROUP MEETING 👨‍💻

We are delighted to be part of DLAG which looks to solve problems, promote positive change, share knowledge and experience and advocate for policy changes for the benefit of the community.

Yesterday we were at the table with councillors, community groups, council officers, consultants and officials from government departments.

We are excited to see this group drive Donaghadee forward on it's positive trajectory and we look forward to playing our small part as we ensure young people's voices are heard so that they can reach their full potential in a community that is flourishing.

Join us on Saturday 16th May from 2-4pm. We'll have tea and coffee on the go with copious amounts of traybakes.

Take the opportunity to slow down, reconnect and maybe even soak up a ray or two in the back garden if the sun comes out!

Just testing out our new dartboard… I got a bullseye! Absolutely no one here to witness it, but I promise it happened. We cannot wait to welcome you back into Drop-In in May!

Thank You to everyone who joined us at our quiz night. We raised over £2.8k including Gift Aid which goes straight back into the community. Enjoy the winners team walking over the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge which one of our teams made during our creative round!

As some new volunteers join the Donaghadee Youth For Christ family, we are delighted that we are able to reopen on a Thursday afternoon (1 - 4pm) and more often on a Saturday (11:30 - 3:30pm this week)!
