A new hirer starting soon at Willowbrook Leisure Centre -

Sweaty Mama Bootcamp is a female-only, high-energy class designed to help you build fitness, burn fat, and have fun while doing it! These sessions combine game-based challenges, varied circuits, and functional training to keep things fresh and engaging, no two workouts are the same.

Suitable for all fitness levels, Bootcamp is about pushing yourself at your own pace, boosting strength and stamina, and releasing those feel-good endorphins. With a supportive, community vibe and motivating instructors by your side, you’ll sweat, laugh, and surprise yourself with what you can do.

Amazing numbers joining the Phoenix Taekwondo Adults Classes on Friday evenings at Willowbrook Leisure Centre. From Beginner through to Black Belt. Also great to see so many of our parents training as well! Taekwondo is great practiced as a family! 🥋🥋🥋🥋

This years Dongmeng Alliance Black Belt Grading will be hosted by Phoenix Taekwondo. In preparation we have the Dan Grading SEMINAR hosted by Phoenix on Sunday 20th September at Willowbrook Leisure Centre. This gives all our students eligible and wanting to do the Black Belt Examinations this year the chance to work with the Examiners on the grading syllabus and also work with other Taekwondo clubs across the entire country.

More Pilates is coming to Willowbrook! Starting Monday 15th of June, as well as our existing 7:35pm class, you have an extra ELEVATED option 🔥

You do not have to be a Pilates Pro! Elevated is a class for those who are starting to feel more confident in their Pilates practice and are looking for the next level. Expect slightly more complex flows as we experiment with the more challenging movements from the classical repertoire, but still in a fun welcoming environment! As always there will still be progressions and options for all movements so come along and give it a try! Drop me a message if you are wondering if this class is for you and I will be happy to chat.
