We’re delighted to be able to share that we are a 2026 Powerhouse grant recipient.

This funding will enable us to continue delivering our Big Feelings programme in Didcot schools, providing early mental health support for children, and to develop new resources for parents and supportive adults to extend this support at home.

Thank you to Powerhouse and the volunteers who make this possible, supporting local organisations to strengthen community wellbeing.

Supporting a young person who is self-harming can feel overwhelming.

Many parents tell us they feel:

Scared but trying to stay calm
Unsure what’s “normal” and what’s urgent
Under pressure to get it right all the time

The Parent Toolkit exists to support parents directly with space to think, learn, and feel less alone.

Small group. Live sessions. Real conversations.

This might be for you if…

You’re a parent or carer of a young person who is self-harming, and you’re:

feeling frightened, exhausted, or alone

The Parent Toolkit is a 5-week online programme offering practical, compassionate support for parents — whether the self-harm is emerging, ongoing, or escalating.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own.
