🎃 Halloween fun 👻

This year instead of carving pumpkins we are painting them 🎨 Debbie and Nikki led the art class this morning with Aurelia as a volunteer. They have created some fabulous, spooky pumpkins with our clients help for our entrance hall 😍

We’ve had lots of fun recently, whether it’s dancing and singing whilst free-styling with our musical instruments 🎸 or getting creative with some new art projects 🌺

Always fun, laughter and a friendly atmosphere 😍 such a delightful place to spend the day 😊

🧁 Cake decorating fun 🍰

We all had a lot of fun today, decorating cakes and singing songs together. This group are so clever and very quick to answer our quiz questions ! 😃

Happy content smiles and full tummy’s all round! 🥰

Our “Around the World” cuisine 7 course tasting menu was a huge success! 😍

My personal top picks were the French onion soup and the Chilli enchiladas, but to be honest it was all so delicious 😋

A huge well done to our chef Fe and all of the team for creating such a special day and carrying it out with ease.

Our creative lunch proved that you’re never too old to try something new !

If you missed out don’t worry 😉 we’ll be doing it again next year 🎉🎉

Fe has planned a delightful 7 course tasting menu for our “Around the World” special lunch this Friday the 16th of October 😋

🌍 World mental health day ♥️

There’s never a shortage of smiles at the Horrill Care and Wellbeing Centre and there was some truly beautiful ones this week 🥰
Whether we are playing dominoes, singing, creating some art or just happily gazing at a little dolly, we are always smiling.

Now more than ever our senior generation feel isolated. If you know any of your family or friends who would benefit from spending quality time at our wonderful centre, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
