Very happy to share photos of our 2 x cheques being handed over this week!

£12,080 raised for our 13th SO45 Charity Golf Day shared equally between the fantastic Oakhaven Hospice & Waterside Cancer Support Centre.

Down on the waterfront by the Waterside Cancer Support Centre with Wessex CEO Rachel Billsberry-Grass, Ann McDonald, Michelle, Cheryl & Katherine.

As good as the golf days are handing over the funds raised by all our fabulous golfers is the best part!

£12,080 RAISED!!

Friday June 20th saw the 13th SO45 Online Charity Golf Day being played at Royal Dibden GC.

112 golfers, gorgeous sunshine, lots of laughs and banter and some great golf and some not so great!

First time player Denny Renyard won with 48 points narrowly beating Conor Munro into second place with 47 points and Chrissy Hayward in 3rd with 46 points.

As well as the golf it’s all about local people coming together for a great experience and to enjoy the day and raise much needed funds for both the fantastic Waterside Cancer Support Centre and the incredible Oakhaven Hospice.

This year thanks to all the golfers, hole sponsors and prize sponsors and kind local people who donated raffle and auction prizes we all raised a total £12,080.

Which meant we have now as a team raised £100,930 from 13 golfers days and £136,880 in total from all SO45 Online events.

£6040 each for the two great causes!

Unbelievable result!

Thanks to everyone that played, helped organise; donated and spent their hard earned cash to help this total happen!

Donna’s harem of helpers superstars as always! 👊🏻

A huge thanks as well to all the team at Dibden, Adam you have been immense, Laura and Tom and Aaron in the bar/kitchen and Gary and Jordan and the green keeping staff the course was in great condition.
