Very happy to share photos of our 2 x cheques being handed over this week!

£12,080 raised for our 13th SO45 Charity Golf Day shared equally between the fantastic Oakhaven Hospice & Waterside Cancer Support Centre.

£12,080 RAISED!!

Friday June 20th saw the 13th SO45 Online Charity Golf Day being played at Royal Dibden GC.

112 golfers, gorgeous sunshine, lots of laughs and banter and some great golf and some not so great!

First time player Denny Renyard won with 48 points narrowly beating Conor Munro into second place with 47 points and Chrissy Hayward in 3rd with 46 points.

As well as the golf it’s all about local people coming together for a great experience and to enjoy the day and raise much needed funds for both the fantastic Waterside Cancer Support Centre and the incredible Oakhaven Hospice.

This year thanks to all the golfers, hole sponsors and prize sponsors and kind local people who donated raffle and auction prizes we all raised a total £12,080.

Which meant we have now as a team raised £100,930 from 13 golfers days and £136,880 in total from all SO45 Online events.

£6040 each for the two great causes!

Unbelievable result!

Thanks to everyone that played, helped organise; donated and spent their hard earned cash to help this total happen!

A huge thanks as well to all the team at Dibden, Adam you have been immense, Laura and Tom and Aaron in the bar/kitchen and Gary and Jordan and the green keeping staff the course was in great condition.

Fantastic day yesterday again!

The weather was kind this year.

90 odd golfers played, over £10,000 raised for local good causes!

Great day! Thank you to all the players you are all superstars!

Huge thanks to all the hole sponsors, raffle and auction prize donators as well!

The winner of the Paul Brogan Memorial Trophy was Nick Renyard, winning on count back on 43 points! Well deserved mate!

Really happy to hand over the SO45 Charity Golf Day cheque for £10,800 to Michelle and Maureen from the fantastic Waterside Cancer Support Centre! A huge thank you to everyone involved in our 11th annual golf day this year! All the players, sponsors, helpers, Dibden staff and of course my gorgeous wife Donna who without her help, kind heart and support none of this would happen!

Next years date has already been booked for year 12!

A big congratulations to this years winner of the Paul Brogan Memorial Trophy champion golfer Josh McPhee!
