Join us this Sunday 21st June for our sponsored walk on the Esplanade raising funds for PARENT PATHWAYS and PARKINSON'S UK.
The start time is 11am from Deal Angling club(1929) followed by a free buffet lunch there at 12 am.

The Rotary Club of South Foreland was founded 40 years ago as the daughter club of Deal, Dover and Sandwich to meet the need for a club that meets in the evening.
During this time it has served and continues to serve the communities admirably in that role.
This special anniversary was celebrated with a well attended lunch at the Marina Hotel and their current President Reverend Peter Sherrard is pictured with the three mother club Presidents.

At our service, we are very proud of our care and support workers and the amazing work they do every day. We love to hear why people are passionate about working in care and what inspires them to support others.

I am passionate about working as a healthcare assistant because I genuinely care about supporting vulnerable people, both young and elderly. I find the role rewarding as no two days are ever the same; each day brings the opportunity to meet individuals facing different challenges in life.

I take great satisfaction in providing care and support, and it is especially fulfilling to see the people I assist gradually regain their independence and improve their health. Being part of that journey is incredibly meaningful to me.

The Deal Rotary Club was delighted to induct it's newest member into the Rotary family today. Geraldine has been a valued supporter of the club for a number of years and her late husband Iain Munro-Brown is fondly remembered and a former Treasurer of the Club.
As a Rotarian , Geraldine is given the opportunity of service to the community and should she wish would be made welcome in any of the 46000 clubs in 220 countries worldwide with 1.4 million members.
That's some family!
