Wow 🤩 BE’COURAGEOUS men’s mental support group… has hit the 1k followers this is amazing just want to thank everyone for your support by “LIKING AND SHARING” all our posts .. it took sleepless nights and hard work to create this group and it was so worth it … from when I was in a dark place, I had this vision to help men who struggle and couldn’t see away out .. well let me tell you .. it has and it still is helping men change, you cant recognise some of them now becasue they have worked so hard to be the best version of themselves… please keep liking and sharing

This man is changing his life I’m so proud of him what a massive change already .. he’s 4 months clean … he’s putting so much work in on himself …. He came to BE’COURAGEOUS a broken man .. completely lost .. but he kept on coming every week and want to help himself … we helped guide him and show him the right direction and he’s grabbed it with both hands … just shows that you can change and worked on yourself and be the best version of yourself… keep smashing it “BEN GILL”.
