The Reach for Health Centre will close at 3pm on Friday 4th September, following the launch of our new Wellbeing Hub 🍃

After the public launch, we will be holding a private thank-you event to recognise the staff and volunteers whose hard work and dedication have helped make the Wellbeing Hub possible 🧡

The centre will re-open as usual on Monday 7th September.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

3 days to go!

🍃 Only 3 days left until the launch of our new Wellbeing Hub! Please feel free to come along to the Centre on Friday 4th September 1-3pm to learn more about what we offer and how it can benefit you.

👯‍♀️ Our pre-existing social support groups, including Coffee and Craft and Communi-Tea, are designed to get like-minded people together, gain support from each other and our team, as well as make new friends and learn something new!

📚 We work in collaboration with Spring Social Prescribing in the Borough of Northampton to provide Communi-Tea and a kitchen drink on us!

🧶 Coffee and Craft meet in The Reach for Health Centre’s cafe every Tuesday 12-2 to have a coffee, chat with friends and continue working on whatever craft they have on the go! Whether this be card making, sewing or crocheting! An excellent opportunity to learn new skills and make new friends!

☕️ Our team hold coffee mornings and other exciting events to raise money for the Centre! We’ve had some excellent Quiz Nights and Music Nights, a great opportunity to have a fun night with friends as well as meet new people!

🪴 One Week To Go!

🍃 Only one more week until the launch of our Wellbeing Hub. Please come along to the Centre on Friday 4th September, 1pm-3pm to learn more about our new service and how it can benefit you.

📚 Our new Community Engagement Programme explores working with other healthcare professionals to deliver new learning opportunities for our members as well as how companies can offer life-changing support. Additionally, our team enjoy hosting workshops for our members to learn more about their conditions and how to manage them!

🪴 9 Days To Go!

🍃 Only 9 days to go until the launch of our new Wellbeing Hub! Please come along on Friday 4th September to learn more about our new service and what we offer.

🧠 Additionally, as part of our Wellbeing Hub, we are starting an 8-week Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme, focusing on understanding the important link between mental and physical health, as well as learning more about the nervous system, stress management and mindfulness.

❤️ Please come along to our new group, to talk freely with no judgement in a safe and comfortable space. Everyone is welcome!

🪴 Our New Wellbeing Hub

🎗️ Introducing our new Cancer Support Circle as part of our upcoming Wellbeing Hub. This support group is for anyone living with cancer, as well as those who have a loved one facing cancer. It’s a safe and supportive space where we can come together, share our experiences, offer encouragement, and remind one another that we’re not alone.

🍃 Our New Wellbeing Hub!

🪴 Introducing our Wellbeing Garden and Gardening Club, as part of our new and upcoming Wellbeing Hub! Come along to our Wellbeing Hub launch on Friday 4th September from 1pm-3pm to find out more!

🌺 Our developing wellbeing garden is an accessible outdoor space for our members to use to relax, connect and reflect.

🪏 Our Gardening Club is welcome for anyone to join and to help us out with all gardening duties. We’re appreciative of all talents and skills that everyone brings. Let us know if you’d like to join our Gardening Club by emailing us at [email protected].
