Today, on World Mental Health Day, we're highlighting the importance of mental wellbeing across the farming community.

We're proud to work alongside farmers every day and recognise the resilience, dedication and commitment that keeps British agriculture moving forward. However, it's equally important to remember that it's okay to ask for help when things feel overwhelming.

If you or someone you know is struggling, support is available.

Take a photo of the picture and pop it in the comments below, DM us, or email it to [email protected]. Include the child's name and age, and any additional details you would like to. 𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿, and after that members of our staff team will pick 2 winners.

In the summer, the marvellous team from The Farm Consultancy Group raised £2331 for FCN when they climbed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in one weekend

FCN's coordinator for Wiltshire, Anthony Matthew, visited them at one of their team meetings in September to be presented with the cheque.

Thank you so much to everyone who put in so much time and effort to complete and support the challenge, and to everyone who was kind enough to donate to them 💚
