❤️ A wonderful story from our community ❤️

Last Thursday, one of our regular customers was in Tesco doing her shopping. She was struggling with her bags and finding it difficult to lift everything when a kind gentleman noticed and stepped in to help her.

She gratefully accepted his help — but when she went to pay for her shopping, she discovered that this wonderful gentleman had already paid for it all. 🥹❤️

What a beautiful act of kindness.

But the story doesn’t end there…

Our customer decided to pass that kindness on. Instead of keeping the money she would have spent on her shopping, she donated it to our Hub, so that we can use it to provide free shopping through our pantry to anyone in our community who needs a little extra help. 🛒❤️

One small act of kindness has now become kindness for many.

This is what community is all about — people helping people, kindness being passed on, and everyone doing what they can to make a difference.

To the gentleman who paid for that shopping, thank you. And to our wonderful customer who chose to pass that kindness forward, thank you too. ❤️

Kindness really does go a long way.
